IPS, a provider of electromechanical and rotating equipment, as well as power management systems, has acquired Wind Solutions LLC.
Based in Sanford, N.C., Wind Solutions specializes in repair upgrades, accessory components and yaw system components. Company clientele includes owner-operators and utilities across North America.
