WindLogics, a St. Paul, Minn.-headquartered provider of wind resource and forecasting services, has hired several new employees.
Li Dong joins WindLogics as a climatologist for its research center in Grand Rapids, Minn. There, she will work with the science team in the areas of climate variability and change, and long-range forecasting.
Amanda Wood has joined the company's St. Paul office as a wind data management meteorologist. In her new role, she will support the company's forecasting/tower data management team.
Paul Probst was recently hired as team lead, IT systems and support. Over the last 18 years, he has held several positions in the information technology and management sectors, including managing Archway Marketing's wide area network, data and voice infrastructure.
Laurie Mainquist joins WindLogics as marketing manager, where she will oversee the company's marketing communications programs. She has over 20 years of environmental communications experience, including similar positions at TSI Inc., Weston Solutions Inc. and Ecology & Environment Inc.
