ECC, a provider of construction, design-build, engineering and environmental remediation services, says it has completed its second wind project at the Massachusetts Military Reservation (MMR).

The project consists of two 1.5 MW GE wind turbines, for which ECC provided the design and construction services. ECC says it completed the construction of the two turbines to support Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment's goal of being 100% powered by renewable energy at the MMR.

The company was awarded the project in 2010 after completing the design and construction of the first turbine at the installation in 2009.
