Spain-headquartered Ingeteam, a component manufacturer for industries including wind and solar, has named Adolfo Rebello the new CEO.

Rebello – replacing Javier Ojeda, who has resigned from the position – has been at Ingeteam since 1996. He currently holds the position of managing director of Ingeteam Power Technology SA, Ingeteam’s division comprising businesses relating to engineering, electronic systems, and equipment for power conversion and control.

The company operates in all five continents under the Ingeteam, Indar and Pine brands. The Ingeteam plant at Milwaukee produces generators and converters for the industrial sector and the wind and solar photovoltaic generating sector. This facility also centralizes the company’s operations and maintenance services for the North American market.

Over the two decades in which he has been working at Ingeteam, Rebollo has held a number of responsibilities within the group, including head of the project to establish Ingeteam’s Milwaukee base. During this period from 2010-2015, he acted as general manager of Indar in the U.S., where he was dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of wind generators for the American market.

Prior to his stage in the U.S., Rebollo held the post of technical director of Indar in Beasain, Spain. During his initial years at Ingeteam, he worked in the electrical projects and industrial automation division and subsequently headed the creation of the marine systems division.
