Renewable energy consultancy Westwood Professional Services Inc. has announced that a three-phased brand integration of ETG Inc. to Westwood will be complete this month.
Westwood acquired the aerial mapping and LIDAR group in 2008 to expand service offerings within each of its energy markets and to further support ETG's relationships in electric transmission. ETG began operating as a division of Westwood from the date of acquisition through 2010.
As the second phase of the brand integration process, the group was renamed to Westwood/ETG and has operated under this name since January 2011. The final name and brand transition to Westwood is now effective.
All of the original ETG staff acquired remain on the team and continue to support the industry and their clients, Westwood notes.
