Vestas has won a 53 MW deal for a wind power project in Sweden. Allianz Capital Partners, the Allianz Group's investment division for alternative investments, has ordered 16 of Vestas' V126-3.3 MW turbines.
Located in Sattravallen, the project will be the first in Sweden to utilize the V126-3.3 MW machine. Turbine delivery is planned to begin in the third quarter of 2015, with commissioning expected in the following quarter.
The contract includes supply, installation and commissioning of the turbines, along with a VestasOnline Business SCADA solution and a 15-year service agreement.
