TRACTEL, a provider of fall-protection equipment and gear – including for wind power projects – has released a new harness, called the TracX.

According to the company, the TracX's padding provides extra comfort and minimizes weight placed on the shoulders. Its adjustable leg, shoulder, chest and sub-pelvic straps can be adjusted to a perfect fit for maximum comfort, and its snap-release lanyard keeper design keeps the lanyard arm out of the way when not in use and minimizes the risk of tripping, TRACTEL adds.

The TracX harness also features models that include a removable padded tool belt. Optional leg pads can also be added to any TracX harness model for extra comfort, the company notes.
