Nordex SE has been awarded two wind contracts totaling 25 MW in the U.K. by returning customer RES.

Located in North West Norfolk, the 15 MW Jack's Lane Wind Farm will have six N90/2500 turbines. The 10 MW Woolley Hill Wind Warm, located in Huntingdonshire, will feature four N100/2500 turbines. The machines are scheduled to be installed and operational by the end of the year.

RES and Nordex previously worked together on several projects in Northern Ireland with a total installed capacity of 90 MW. Ted Picken, construction director for RES UK & Ireland, comments, "We look forward to working with Nordex again – a company with a track record for delivering full optimization of energy yield at sites throughout the U.K."
