Olivia Campbell Andersen has been selected by Renewable Energy Vermont’s (REV) board of directors to lead the company as its new executive director.

“We are incredibly excited to have Olivia on board, during an especially critical time for renewable energy in our state, and nationwide,” says Jeff Forward, chairman of the REV board of directors and president of Forward Thinking Consultants.

Campbell Andersen, a Vermont Law School alumna, most recently served as senior policy director for the Maryland Department of Natural Resources and assistant chief of staff to Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley, advising the governor on environmental, sustainability, energy, budget and transportation issues.

Campbell Andersen will be REV’s fifth executive director since its founding in 2001.
