N.D. Retains U.K. Company To Attract Wind Turbine Manufacturers

North Dakota has retained Deyton Bell, a U.K.-based professional services firm offering international business development services, to attract manufacturers of wind turbine generators and turbine component parts to complement the state's existing wind equipment makers.

‘North Dakota offers wind energy businesses a great base on which to build a U.S. operation, and our renewable energy team is ready and willing to do all we can to help businesses establish themselves here,’ says Gov. John Hoeven, R-N.D.

North Dakota is already a major destination for the development of wind energy in the U.S. and offers an attractive set of opportunities to wind energy businesses. To help maximize the potential that exists, Deyton Bell will approach and engage with European wind energy businesses on behalf of state officials, according to the company.
