China Ming Yang Wind Power has announced that its subsidiary, Jiangsu Mingyang Wind Power Technology Ltd., plans to develop and operate a 300 MW offshore wind farm in China. The Rudong Energy Bureau has granted Ming Yang the exclusive rights to build the project off the coast of Rudong in Jiangsu Province.
