The combined company of V-Bar LLC and Chinook Wind LLC has officially commenced operations as ArcVera Renewables.

The two announced their agreement to merge on April 17. The Golden, Colo.-based company is now providing consulting and technical services for wind and solar energy across entire project lifecycles, ArcVera Renewables announced at this week’s WINDPOWER 2017.

“We are excited to be launching our newly merged company at AWEA WINDPOWER, which we and many of our clients and colleagues attend each year,” comments Gregory S. Poulos, CEO and principal atmospheric scientist of ArcVera Renewables. “The U.S. and global market for renewables is well positioned for long-term expansion. Our combined skill sets and worldwide experience are ripe for creating competitive advantages in this environment.”

“The name ArcVera represents forward movement underpinned by truth, which speaks to who we are as a company and reflects the goals of the clients we serve,” notes John Bosche, president and principal engineer at the company.
