Juhl Wind Inc., a community wind developer based in Woodstock, Minn., recently entered into a feasibility study agreement with a group of local owners to study and develop a 5.4 MW community wind farm in Jackson County, Minn. The Delafield project comprises seven local farmer owner/partners and is located approximately 5 miles southeast of Windom, Minn.

‘We are confident that Juhl has the right model to manage smaller wind farm projects in a very efficient manner,’ says Dan Juhl, CEO of Juhl Wind. ‘Clearly, a handful of smaller projects add up to ongoing growth for our company ,and more importantly, getting projects built for our local farmer partners.’
