Anders Soe-Jensen, former CEO of offshore wind for both GE and Vestas, has become the new chairman of Bladena, a Denmark-based developer and manufacturer of technology solutions for wind turbines. In turn, he will also become a joint owner of the company.

According to Bladena, Soe-Jensen has held senior positions within the wind industry for 17 years.

“I look forward to getting down to business in an exciting company with great international potential,” he says. “I will draw on my experience in the industry and establish contacts in the right places with the right people and develop Bladena’s strategy.”

Most recently, Soe-Jensen was CEO of GE’s offshore business, which has its headquarters in France.

Find Molholt Jensen, majority shareholder and founder of Bladena, adds, “Anders is a gentleman with great experience in the industry, and I look forward to working with him.”
