A fire broke out Wednesday at an energy-storage building that is part of the Kahuku Wind project on Oahu's north shore, Hawaii News Now reports.

According to the report, the fire started Wednesday in the battery storage building, which is now destroyed. The wind project uses an energy-storage system from Xtreme Power.

This is the second time the same building has caught fire; the first instance occurred in April 2011.

The fire is now contained, and the cause is currently under investigation, according to the report.
