geoAMPS has announced that it is providing software to E.ON Climate and Renewables (EC&R) North America to help manage the developer's many wind energy projects in the U.S. and Canada.
EC&R is using the geoAMPS software product altAMPS to help manage its wind farm projects in 16 states and two provinces of Canada. Operating through a Web database, altAMPS will offer EC&R the ability to manage lease agreements and obligations, a royalty payment calculator, automatic payment tracking, meteorological tower management and workflow generation.
geoAMPS says its software also integrates with EC&R's financial and supervisory control and data acquisition systems for seamless transfer of data between all systems and to further increase the audit controls and efficiencies within EC&R's processes.
