enXco Service Corp. (eSC), an EDF Energies Nouvelles company, has signed a multiyear agreement with Ridgeline Energy to provide operations and maintenance (O&M) services for the 79.86 MW Rockland Wind Farm.
The project, located near American Falls in Power County, Idaho, is a joint development venture between Ridgeline Energy and Diamond Generating Corp. Consisting of 44 Vestas V100 – 1.815 MW turbines, the wind farm will become fully operational later this month. Idaho Power will purchase the power under a long-term power purchase agreement.
Under the terms of the agreement, eSC will provide O&M services for the balance of plant, project oversight and 24/7 remote monitoring from its operations control center. Previously, eSC's special-services team provided support during the construction and commissioning of the project under a short-term service agreement.
