enXco Service Canada Inc., an EDF Energies Nouvelles company, has signed a multiyear agreement with Suncor Energy and Teck Resources Ltd. to provide operations and maintenance (O&M) services for the Wintering Hills wind power project.
The 88 MW wind farm is located near Drumheller, Alberta, and comprises 55 GE 1.6 MW wind turbines. The project will generate clean energy for approximately 35,000 homes.
Under the terms of the O&M agreement, enXco Service Canada will provide complete O&M services for the 55 wind turbines, as well as the balance-of-plant services, project oversight and 24/7 remote monitoring.
