enXco Service Corp. Signs O&M Agreement For Chevron’s Casper Wind Power Project

Escondido, Calif.-based enXco Service Corp. (eSC) has signed an operations and maintenance (O&M) agreement with Chevron Global Power Co., a division of Chevron U.S.A. Inc., for the 16.5 MW Casper Wind Power Project in Natrona County, Wyo.

Construction of the project, which comprises 11 1.5 MW GE SLE wind turbines, commenced in June, with an anticipated completion date in the fourth quarter of this year.

eSC will provide commissioning assistance during construction, on-site O&M for the turbines and the balance-of-plant during the first five years of operations.

In addition to operation and maintenance services provided at the site, 24/7 remote monitoring of the wind turbines will be provided from eSC's operations control center, located near Chandler, Minn.
