Enel Green Power SPA, acting through its subsidiary Enel Green Power International BV, has closed on a 12-year, 110 million euro loan with the Danish government's Export Credit Agency (EKF) and Citigroup.
The loan will be used to cover part of the cost of purchasing the 90 MW Talinay wind farm, located in Chile. The project is currently owned by Vestas and uses the company's 2 MW turbines.
Citigroup acted as agent and arranger for the loan, which is guaranteed by Enel Green Power.
