PPM Hires Canadian Wind Expert To Expand Calgary Office

PPM Energy, ScottishPower's U.S. energy business, has hired Gerard Philpott as director of business development to lead PPM's development activities in Canada through its affiliate PPM Energy Canada. Philpott will be based in PPM's Calgary office to lead the company’s wind business expansion in Canada.

"Gerard Philpott is highly qualified and experienced in wind power strategic planning, deal structuring, project development and permitting," says Jean Wilson, PPM's senior vice president of renewables. "We are very pleased he has joined the PPM team."
