Bennett Jones Appoints MacKinnon Managing Partner

Bennett Jones LLP, a Toronto-based law firm that focuses on energy and natural resources, has appointed Hugh MacKinnon national managing partner.

In addition to managing partner, MacKinnon's responsibilities will be to co-head the firm's tax department. His tax practice includes domestic and trans-border financing, and acquisition and emissions trading transactions. His finance practice focuses on the areas of secured lending, asset-based financing and equipment leasing.
