Xcel Energy Seeking Additional Wind Power Resources

Xcel Energy's Southwestern Public Service Co. (SPS) is seeking proposals for additional wind energy resources.

The request for proposals (RFP) seeks wind energy generation resources that could begin delivery to SPS on or after Jan. 1, 2014, but no later than Dec. 31, 2015, and that would be contracted through a power purchase agreement.
