Bainbridge Island, Wash.-based DLI Engineering Corp. has introduced the Watchman DCA-50B vibration data collector, which replaces the DCA-50 in the company's line of portable condition-based maintenance products.
With upgraded embedded software, a new keypad and several internal hardware upgrades, the four-channel DCA-50B allows users to efficiently collect machine vibration data, perform advanced troubleshooting and in-place dynamic balancing of rotating machines.
The DCA-50B includes a rich user interface via a 6.2-inch color screen. Route-based data collection and DLI's multiplane balance software are included in the standard configuration. A triaxial accelerometer is also included to allow simultaneous collection of triaxial data, resulting in time savings during data collection and promoting reliable and repeatable collection of vibration data, according to the company.
