Austria-headquartered Bachmann Electronic has released the M-WAB toolbox, a technology designed to reduce the time needed for the development and commissioning of control software and visualization of planned wind power plants.
Functions such as the logging of production data, numerous average values, turbine power curves, user and rights management, event handlers, alarm systems and other components are all included in M-WAB, which is a pre-programmed and open application, Bachmann says.
In addition, according to the company, M-WAB's various monitors for port values, parameters or diagnosis representations can provide assistance during the initial start-up of wind farm operations or maintenance.
Watch/view windows for switch virtual interface variables are part of the standard version, as is an integrated file transfer protocol tool.
