Arthur Wind Farm Limited Partnership, a joint-venture between Energy Farming Invest Inc. and Schneider Power Inc., will be deferring construction of the Arthur Wind Farm until spring 2010.

The decision follows the recent announcement of the higher-priced Advanced Renewable Energy Standard Offer Program power contract by the Ontario Power Authority, requiring additional contractual work to be completed and respective changes relating to certain long-lead-time items, which necessitated the prudent delay.

The Arthur Wind Farm, located in Ontario, will use five Enercon wind turbines, with a total nameplate capacity of 10 MW.
