3Degrees, which formerly operated as a division of 3 Phases Energy Services LLC, has been officially rebranded and relaunched as a spin-off. The company provides services to businesses that seeks to limit their carbon footprints by providing renewable energy certificates, verified emission reductions and utility green pricing programs.
3Degrees is a reference to an increase of 3 degrees C in the Earth's temperature, a figure that studies indicate may be a particularly dangerous threshold for climate change, the company notes.
3Degrees has previously worked with companies such as NetJets, prAna, Shaklee Corp., Starbucks and over 150 others. In addition, the company has partnered with AmerenUE to manage its new PurePower program and is currently consulting with several more utilities.
